When employed at Lencon Engineering, a new research setup was created for CHDR. This setup was developed as mobile, integrated solution. Transforming the research setup in a portable solution delivered an engineering challenge, in which spatial orientation, noise requirements and heat flow were crucial parameters. A design was developed in 3D CAD using SolidWorks.

Verification of the design was perfomed by means of a sheet metal mock-up. In the final design product features were integrated in sheet metal parts and 3D-printed parts.
